Avivahair.com orders have the option to be shipped Standard, Expedited, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Aviva offers free shipping to all VIP’s. Once you are a VIP, just choose shipping option “Free 5-10 business days” at checkout to ensure you get your orders shipped free of charge. All free shipping orders are shipped UPS.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
We offer flat rate ground shipping for $6.95 in the United States only.
Delivery Time: Orders ship from our fulfillment centers in Brooklyn. If you live outside of the Continental United States, your order may take longer to arrive than the estimated amount of time provided in the Shipping Method step during checkout. Please note: Customers are responsible for all costs related to incorrectly submitted shipping information. AVIVA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Tracking Information: You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24-48 hrs.
