At Aviva, we’re confident that our supplements, will allow you to have the thicker, healthier hair you desire.

If you’re not satisfied with your Aviva supplement purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

The 30-day return period begins on the actual shipping date delivery, and this return policy pertains only to Aviva supplements products sold by Avivahair.com only. If the product was purchased from someone other than Avivahair.com, please contact that company for their return policy. Each customer is allowed one money-back guarantee per product.

RETURN FOR REFUND

You may return unopened, resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less a $6.95 restocking fee on items purchased directly on www.avivahair.com.

*If you did not purchase on www.avivahair.com, unfortunately we cannot honor returns for Aviva products that were not purchased through the Aviva website. Please contact customer service of the website/store that the product was purchased from for further assistance with your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, usually within 7-10 business days, we’ll issue a refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been processed, it may take your bank an additional 2–10 business days to post the refund to your credit/debit card account.
